SAIM is about:
Providing a Supportive, nonjudgmental meeting place
for sexual minority youth.
Increasing the Self-esteem of sexual minority youth.
Educating sexual minority youth about HIV/AIDS and other
issues relevant to their well being.
Addressing "coming out" issues.
Improving communication skills.
Providing positive role models.
Providing information and/or referrals when deemed necessary.
Providing planned activities in an alcohol/drug free
environment.
Increasing community awareness of the existence of SAIM.
